In this short hour, we will dive back into the early theories that you may have forgotten and why relationship-building strategies are key to building confidence, motivation, and a sense of security in each student in our classroom. Educators will have time to reflect on their current strategies in place and collaborate on strategies help students feel seen, supported, and valued. We will discuss why interventions and instruction in these values can create a positive and productive learning environment.
